The company

This international financial technology company is focused on high velocity trading based on algorythmes. No worries, it’s fine if you don’t know anything about finance/trading yet. They’re literally for 50% a technology company. This is not your stereotype financial instution/bank. You won’t see suits or ties here. There’s an international culture here with lots of different nationalities.

Every year the companie donates all the profits of 1 day to good charity like, schools in Afrika or the Ocean Clean up project. All employees can do 1-2 days per year charity during working hours and If you refferal another employee you can give 2.500 euro to a charity you like.

The job

You will get a lot of responsibilities in an informal company, work with big data and have international impact with your work. The company will make decision based on your data analyses and data insights. You will do everything in the data process, modelling data, visualising but also presenting the results to other stakeholders.

In the first year you will follow a lot of trainings to know more about what the companies does, their strategies and of course to improve your data skills! Improving and developing yourself is a must!
