Organization
The organization provides adventure and travel enthousiasts with the best quality products in order to engage on their travels and adventures. They have done this for more than fifty years and have a global presence with locations in the Nordics, North America, Germany and the Netherlands. The organization has a global distribution network and large central distribution centers. Within their location located in the middle of the Netherlands they have 50 colleagues working.
Internally there is a lot of room for freedom, creativity and initiative. You design your own approach; internally they don’t mind how it get’s done, as long as it gets done. Furthermore they focus more on output than time spent. This is where flexibility remains on the forefront of the culture.

Team
Two years ago they started working more on business intelligence within the organization and have moved to a cloud environment. Currently they are building a team around this aswell! This is where you get the freedom and ability to pioneer within this role and have a large influence to determine how things get done.

Responsibilities
The focus for this role is on the supply chain in combination with their reporting environments. Incidental travel will be needed to either i.e. the Nordics or America in order to remain in good contact with your internal stakeholders and get a feel of the situation abroad. Within your role you will get the responsibility of working on an uniform approach in reporting that’s suits the warehouse management system aswell. In order to do this you will set up new reports, engage with internal stakeholders to find out what the internal need is and bring up a fitting solution how your creativity sees fit.

Requirements
– 1+ year of relevant experience
– Knowledge of SQL and BI
– Knowledge or affinity with logistics/supply chainBenefits
– Salary up to 87k
– Work 38, 36 or 32 hours a week
– 27 vacation days

Interview procedure
You will have two rounds who follow each other up rather quickly: one call with HR combined with a manager, the follow up one with two supply chain managers; if all went well expect an appropriate offer!
