Team

The team you will be joining is the IT innovation team. Within this team the average age is 30. Within this innovation team there is a separate team for Big Data where you will end up. Within this team there are colleagues who determine data structures, maintain the database and someone who builds and maintains pipelines. They also have someone available within this team who builds smaller applications on request.

Work

Your work here will be varied. Currently the organizations uses tools like Airflow, Kubernetes, Timescale DB and more. You will be dealing with scaling the infrastructure. Building new pipelines but also maintaining them. You will work closely with one of your colleagues who has built the platform, you will help him to maintain it. You will support the energy trading team in their operations and identify opportunities to improve the platform. It is a diverse role in which you can go through a lot of development, they are therefore looking for someone who is looking for this and is always looking for improvements.

Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in maintaining a platform as a platform engineer.
